We need to put to bed the term “conspiracy theories” and use more precise language. The term ‘culture jammer’ is used to denote someone trying to disrupt current media narratives. If the state is doing it, its not ‘conspiracy theories’ but ‘propaganda’. In any case it is the weaponization of the media for an agenda. That may be as simple as disrupting existing culture, but it is still an agenda.
