Unfortunately teaching individuality is not enough. Part of CRT is that we all have unconscious biases that we cannot control or understand. A child would need to take a college level psychology class to understand the concept of the subconscious mind and how it influences human behavior. The determinism here is bake-in to the ideology. Perhaps older teens can understand this, but certainly not younger children.

As a parent, I have had to stop watching and listening to news programs during this pandemic because everything in the news scares my child. I think we will end up with a generation of scared, anxiety ridden adults. It seems like everyone is trying to scare us with CRT, climate change, and the pandemic. Unfortunately children do not have the coping skills to make sense of these things.
