Totally agree with the Jubilee idea. Unfortunately, we just had a pandemic and even that did not facilitate forgiveness of healthcare debt. And... Biden won't honor his campaign promise of dismissing student loan debt.

I don't think you explored the Fight Club analogy enough. The main character is a schizophrenic. This, I believe, is based on Guattari's book "Capitalism and Schizophrenia". In the book Guattari's argument is that capitalism has turned people into 'desiring machines' and unable to rebel against capitalism. The only way to rebel is to become schizophrenic and constantly change one's personality so one's desire can't be captured. This is one of the most dystopian books ever: there is no way to break out of capitalism except going crazy.
