This isn't a destruction of capitalism, but rather an evolution of capitalism. The evolution is to have people own less and less, and corporations and oligarchs own more. Governments become 'stakeholders' in the system. It is often called 'late stage' capitalism, but I call it 'captured capitalism' because the consumer is 'captured' and has no choice and no ownership in the system. Governments too are captured and must bow to the will of of the corporations instead of the people.

The final stage is a system of capitalism that doesn't look much different than China's. People own nothing. It is a return to feudalism, or neofeudalism with corporations owning everything.
