It is not just real estate and physical property, it is also intellectual property. All business is becoming based on intellectual property. We are forced to use Apple, Microsoft, genetically engineered seeds, vacines, etc... . Everything we use in our modern world has been turned into intellectual property, and we 'consumers' now own nothing. All Gates and others are doing is taking the same business model and applying it to real estate.
