Interesting concept, but a bit nonsensical. 'Products' that can be sold have monetary value, not consumers. For some reason people think they have 'value' being a consumer, which isn't true. This comes from social media and advertising where people consume content, and are tricked into thinking this creates value. Value is only created in production, while consumption destroys value. How many consumers can you kill and get away with it doesn't equate to value.
Also, the number of deaths from homelessness is completely made up. I estimate there are between 2,000 and 5,000 people dying on the streets of San Francisco every year. Most are from drug overdoses. Deaths from homelessness in the US are easily over half a million.
