In Postmodern politics their is a collectivist and corporatist power structure around technicians and experts. They are setting up social 'machines' that will control social interactions.

So it is much worse than totalitarianism. The control will be automated and built into banking, laws, governments, institutions, etc... . So no one ultimately controls. It is a distributed system of collectivst power.
