I think you state the problem of capitalism correctly, but not ‘patriarchy’. The problem is capitalism (and socialism too) treats nature as a ‘natural resource’ to be exploited by industrial processes. Folks are trying to invent a new system of values that eliminates all social exploitation, to include nature. This seems to be the direction you are headed in.

Creating a new value system is good, but we must understand the current problems with capitalism. It ‘over-produces’ to create ‘surplus-value’, capital. It does this by exploiting natural resources and human labor. This creates ‘uneven development’ where capital is concentrated in cities and countries, while non-capitalist cities and countries remain poor and are exploited.

Instead of focusing on the psycho-social issues, I would suggest either dealing with the ‘first principles’ of capitalism, such as the exploitation of resources. Or, focus on creating a new value system free from exploitation. These are the two paths forward, as I see them.
