I agree with everything here.

China has stolen American databases to include the names of everyone working in the government, in the military, and even prior military. They know where they live, their families, and their bank accounts. A cyber attack on their computers, phones, and bank accounts would instantly paralyze the government and military. China could win without firing a shot.
