Don’t hate the players, hate the game.

I used to hate postmodernism and the French postmodernists until I started to see that they are not inventing postmodernism, they are just describing what they see. What they are doing is not ‘philosophy’ but sociology.

Postmodernism exists in all areas of our society, and is actually a result of postindustrialization, just as modernism is a result of industrialization.

Postmodernism is a technology. It has taken over all aspects of our world from postmodern science, (science created by consensus; ‘we are the science’ or ‘we own the science’) to postmodern politics and postmodern law. To understand these new technologies one must read Foucault and the other French postmodernists.
